As a brand with a focus on residential projects, we aimed to capture the emotion of feeling ‘welcome’ and ‘at home' while emphasizing the firm's commitment to high-quality materials, international standards of living, and a luxurious lifestyle: which led us to our positioning and tagline
“When you feel the most at home, you can be your true, authentic self. At 1BRIQ, we believe being yourself is the ultimate luxury. A place you can call your own, where you truly belong."

1BRIQ’s brutalist logomark embodies the numerical one along with a vertical brick, symbolizing the initial stage of any construction, known colloquially in Tamil as the ‘adikal’.
The identity is designed to feel elegant, cutting edge, and luxurious, visualizing what one 1BRIQ does best – build homes.






In addition to branding the parent company, 1BRIQ, we positioned their first construction project in Tirupur, Polaris Grey. This involved crafting a unique tagline to truly capture what living in Polaris Grey would entail. The branding extended to prominent consumer-facing communications, including newspapers and billboards.
We designed a real estate brochure for Polaris Grey, carrying forward the brand’s luxurious and industrial visual aesthetic.



We also designed and developed an immersive website for 1BRIQ, featuring thoughtful and satisfying micro-interactions.
