Our Brand & Account Managers run branding projects end to end. They own the client relationship, guide the internal team, and know the difference between client feedback and a change in brief. They bring the bad news early, not late. If you've managed difficult accounts and can talk about what went wrong, not just what went right, we want to hear from you.

On any given day you might

  • Lead client relationships across active branding projects, from brief to final delivery
  • Translate briefs into clear direction for creative, strategy, and design teams
  • Manage scope, protect it, flag when it shifts, and get written alignment before new work begins
  • Run kickoffs, feedback sessions, presentations, and status updates
  • Have a hard conversation with a client, calmly and professionally
  • Spot an opportunity to grow an existing account
  • Identify something in our process that could work better and do something about it

The ideal person

  • Researches before they ask and brings solutions, not problems
  • Writes emails that don't need a follow-up to clarify what they meant
  • Knows how to draw out the right feedback from people who don't always know how to give it
  • Doesn't need to be told what to do every day
  • Is genuinely curious about the businesses they work on
  • Can sit across from someone who sees things differently and find common ground without making them feel dismissed

You bring

  • 3–4 years in account management at a creative or branding agency
  • Experience running branding projects independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Chennai-based, or genuinely willing to relocate
